Delete Account
You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
What will be deleted
- 👤 Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- 👶 Child enrollment and waitlist records
- 📬 All messages and communications through the app
- 📋 Enrollment applications and related documents
⚠️ Please note: Some records (such as financial transactions and regulatory enrollment
records) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law, even after
account deletion. These records will not be used for any other purpose.
How to request deletion

From the Green House Daycare app
- Open the app and sign in to your account.
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.

By email request
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to:
info@greenhousedaycare.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include your registered name and email address in the message.

We'll send an email confirming we received your deletion request.

Data deleted within 30 days
Your account and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.
