1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Green House Daycare mobile application or website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Description of Services

Green House Daycare provides a platform for parents, guardians, and staff to manage childcare enrollment, waitlist applications, communication, and administrative functions related to our daycare facilities in Texas. Access to certain features requires registration and may be subject to additional terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian of a child to register for an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the child listed.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' accounts.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on our platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload viruses or any other malicious code.

6. Enrollment & Waitlist

Submitting a waitlist or enrollment application through our app or website does not guarantee enrollment. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Green House Daycare based on availability and other factors. We reserve the right to decline any application for any lawful reason.

7. Fees & Payments

Tuition rates, registration fees, and payment schedules are communicated separately through enrollment agreements. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in suspension or termination of enrollment. All fee disputes must be raised in writing within 30 days of the relevant charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Green House Daycare or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green House Daycare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time. See our Delete Account page for instructions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
